2-Purple vs 1-Orange Game Highlights

Charlie Hazen (2028 RHP, Allendale, NJ) drove a ball to the LF wall in his first AB of the day, showing the ability to generate impact in the air to the pull side of the field. 

David Robertson (2028 3B, Westford, MA) ran it up to 81 mph on the mound with good running action present in a two inning start, striking out four over the course of the appearance. The physical 6-foot-3, 190 pound righty located to all quadrants of the zone effectively with high effort mechanics on display.

Justin Petrov (2028 OF, Cortlandt Manor, NY) picked up a hard RBI single back up the middle in the top of the 2nd, flashing good barrel control for his age with backspin production present.

Nicholas Feinstein (2026 C, Stamford, CT) rocketed a ball to the RCF gap in the bottom of the 3rd inning flashing the ability to generate impact gap to gap over the course of the weekend.

Cameron Lynch (2026 RHP, Lords Valley, PA) lined a single to RF in the bottom of the 4th, firing the hands directly through the zone with the ability to work the opposite field for success. The athletic 6-foot-2, 178 pound prospect did a nice job of covering the outer half with line drive tendencies in the stroke.

Conor Mullin (2027 C, New City, NY) provided value on both sides of the field throughout the day, throwing out a runner at 3B behind the dish while also picking up an RBI 2B to LF in the bottom of the 6th inning.

Luke Kosoff (2027 SS, Woodcliff Lake, NJ) barreled up a ball down the RF line in his final AB of the day good for an RBI triple. The projectable 6-foot-4, 180 pound prospect did a nice job of generating impact out in front with clear jump off the barrel.

1-Orange vs 2-Purple Game Highlights

Alex Ruisi (2026 RHP, Greenlawn, NY) tossed 2.1 innings of scoreless ball, striking out five in a strong start. Utilizes a projectable frame with room to fill, running the FB up to 84 features run and ride. Also mixed in a two-plane SL that produced whiffs.

 

Nicholas Feinstein (2026 C, Stamford, CT) sat back and drove a double to the pull side, sneaking it inside the LF line and going to the wall. Good ability to adjust to the offspeed with a line drive approach at the dish.

 

Charlie Hazen (2028 RHP, Allendale, NJ) ripped a fastball deep to left field, reaching the warning track before legging out a double. Present impact to the pull side with strength in the frame and quickness in the barrel. 

 

Jack Corrigan (2026 RHP, Massapequa, NY) worked three dominant innings on the mound, striking out five while failing to allow a hit. He got the fastball up to 85 with arm-side run and sink present, also working in a mid-70s change-up and two-plane slider. 

 

David Robertson (2028 3B, Westford, MA) utilized a big and strong right handed frame to power a hard hit fly ball to the wall in left for a double. Upright stance with impact in the barrel, especially to the pull side.

Batting Practice Highlights

8/23/2025

Luke Kosoff (2027 SS, Woodcliff Lake, NJ) put together a consistent round of batting practice, spraying well-struck liners to all parts of the field. The 6-foot-4 left-handed batter turns quick to the point of contact and controls the barrel well throughout the strike zone.

Alex Perez (2027 SS, Metuchen, NJ) turned in one of the loudest BP rounds, showing off his power from gap to gap. The 6-foot-1 right-handed batter has plenty of evident quickness in the hips and hands with feel for generating leverage at impact.

Chad Thompson (2028 LHP, Summit, NJ) showed off a smooth swing with good consistency in the barrel. The 5-foot-10 lefty hitter creates clean separation and maintains posture well through impact. He produced multiple hard line drives to the middle of the field during his round.

Jayden Prokopenko (2027 OF, Manalapan, NJ) showed off his power during his round of BP, backspinning several baseballs to the opposite field. The 6-foot righty hitter shifts his weight well into impact and can manipulate the barrel throughout the strike zone. 

David Robertson (2028 3B, Westford, MA) showcased his strength and feel for creating backspin from gap to gap during batting practice. The 6-foot-3 righty hitter shifts his weight well into impact and generates effortless bat speed through the zone.
