Curtedric Norris (2029 C, Wrightsville, GA) found a barrel early on for a pull-side double down the left field line. He showcased an aggressive approach at the plate with good bat-to-ball skills and baserunning ability.
Ty Paxton (2029 3B, Wetumpka, AL) had a pair of base knocks on the day, showcasing his ability to consistently find the barrel and work all parts of the field. He has good barrel skills and takes a fluid path to the ball.
Noah Asztalos (2028 3B, Lawrenceville, GA) had an efficient outing out of the bullpen, making quick work through two innings of work. He lived in the low-to mid-70s with his fastball and mixed in a breaking ball with good depth. He showed a solid piece of hitting later in the day with a triple to the left-center gap. Asztalos has plenty of bat speed and strength in the barrel.
Travis Stubbs (2029 SS, Fortson, GA) turned the barrel well for a pull-side double down the left field line. He displayed easy bat speed with good control of the barrel through the zone.
Carter Raley (2029 C, Alpharetta, GA) impacted a fastball well, driving it to the pull-side for a triple. He has plenty of quickness in the hands and takes a fluid bat path to the ball. Raley also showed impressive abilities behind the dish.
Michael-Nathan Odubanjo (2029 OF, Marrietta, GA) turned in an efficient outing on the mound, striking out three batters through three quick innings of work. The 5-foot-9 right-hander went right after hitters with his fastball and complemented it with a vertical curveball.
Christian Graydon (2029 MIF, Smyrna, GA) timed up a fastball perfectly, lining it back up the middle for a loud single. The 5-foot-7 righty hitter delivers his barrel both on-time and on-plane, oftentimes staying through the middle of the field.
Wyatt Maddox (2028 C, Cumming, GA) lines a heater right back up the middle for a single. The righty showcased a smooth stroke with good feel for controlling the barrel throughout the strike zone.
Gus Federico (2029 1B, Atlanta, GA) found a barrel late in the day, driving a fastball over the right fielder’s head for an RBI double. The 5-foot-11 left-handed batter showed good feel for creating carry and backspin at the point of impact.
Carson Florence (2029 SS, Roswell, GA) was impressive on the mound, making quick work through two innings out of the bullpen. The 5-foot-7 right-hander located his fastball in all four quadrants of the strike zone, topping it out at 82 mph. He also mixed in a mid-60s curveball with spin up above 2200 rpm.
Jaxon Blood (2030 OF, Bradenton, FL) found perhaps the loudest barrel of the game, spinning it into the left-center gap for an inside-the-park homer. The lefty hitter impacts the baseball with good strength from gap to gap, creating backspin and carry with ease. He also showcased his advanced speed and baserunning ability.
