2026 PG 14U Georgia All-State Games (Invite Only)
Silas Baker is a 2030 1B/LHP with a 5-11 192 lb. frame from Adairsville, GA who attends Sonoraville. Recorded an 8.14 second sixty yard dash time. Big frame with present strength. Primary first baseman with clean feeds from a sidearm slot. Also threw on the mound. The left-handed pitcher works from a staggered stance from the third base side with a rhythmic toe-tap delivery with a belt-high leg lift. The fastball ran up to 76 with arm-side run and cuts it glove side. Mixing pitches and around the plate and the slider has slurve action and turns over the change-up. Left-handed hitter starts from a wide base with open feet and a high handset with a high back elbow, utilizes a toe tap trigger out front. Strength through the hands with a line drive oriented swing and pull-side approach. Controls the barrel well with good barrels to the gaps. Creates length out front to impact. Showed the strength in game with a loud barrel to deep center field. Exciting player with good upside as the frame continues to mature with two-way upside. .
