This is the 13th annual 17U BCS Finals which is held on MLB Spring Training fields in Fort Myers, Florida. Past champions of this event include: Orlando Scorpions (2006), East Cobb Astros (2007), Diamond Vision Elite (2008), East Cobb Astros (2009), East Cobb Astros (2010), Texas Sun Devils (2011), Orlando Scorpions (2012), East Cobb Astros/Midwest Elite Baseball (2013), Texas Sun Devils (2014), Elite Squad Select 17U (2015), Scorpions 2017 Black (2016), and 5 Star National Dobbs (2017).

Opening Ceremonies are scheduled for Tuesday, July 10th at JetBlue Park at 6:00 PM. One participant from each team may participate in the fastest man and home run derby competitions.

Games: 6 games guaranteed, weather permitting.
Teams should be prepared to start tournament play at 8:00 AM on Monday, July 9th. The playoffs will start on Friday, July 13th and the Championship Game will be on Sunday, July 15th.

Age Eligibility: 2019 Graduate or younger OR born on or after May 01, 2000

Bat Type: Metal or Wood Bat Bat Restrictions

Hotels: All teams are required to book housing through following link Host Hotels

Coolers: Not Allowed

Entry Fee: 2250 USD  

NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AT ANYTIME AFTER PAYMENT. PERFECT GAME WILL HOLD A CREDIT TO A FUTURE EVENT IF NOTICE OF CANCELLATION IS GIVEN AT LEAST 3 WEEKS PRIOR

Gate Prices:

  • Tournament Pass: 55.00 USD (Per Person) - Entry to all games for this tournament
  • Daily Pass: 10.00 USD (Per Person) - Entry to all games for a specific day
  • Senior Citizen (65+)/Military Daily Pass: 5.00 USD (Per Person) - Entry to all games for a specific day (Requires ID)
  • Age 14 and younger are free to get in
  • Tournament Program: 5.00 USD

Format:
- 100 teams
- 25 Pools of 4
- Pool Play Round 1(Day 1 & 2): Teams will play 3 pool play games
- After the 1st round of pool play all teams will be re-seeded. The top two teams from each pool will be placed in new pools of 4 (Championship Pools), and the bottom two teams from each pool will be placed in new pools of 4 (Consolation Pools). Two third place teams will also advance to the Championship Pools.
- Re-seeding for the 2nd round of pool play will be as follows:
- Pool winners will be seeded 1-25
- 2nd place teams 26-50
- 3rd place 51-75
- 4th place 76-100
- For example, Pool AA will consist of Seeds 1, 26, 27 and 52, and Pool BB will consist of Seeds 2, 25, 28 and 51
- Seeds 51 and 52 (the top two third place teams) will be included in the 13 Championship Pools
- Pool Play Round 2 (Day 3 & 4): Teams will play 3 pool play games
- The top two teams from the Championship Pools will advance to a single elimination, 26 team Championship Playoff Bracket
- The Consolation Pool Winners will advance to a single elimination, 12 team Consolation Bracket
- Championship Playoff seeding will be as follows:
- Championship Pool Winners will be seeded 1-13
- Championship Pool 2nd Place Teams will be seeded 14-26
- Both rounds of pool play will determine playoff seeding
- A 2nd Place Team from the Championship Pools will not be seeded higher than a Championship Pool Winner
- Championship Playoffs are scheduled to begin on Friday, July 13th. Quarterfinals and Semifinals are scheduled for Saturday, July 14th, and the Championship Game is scheduled for Sunday, July 15th *weather permitting*
- The Consolation Pool Winners will be seeded 1-12 based on both rounds of pool play for the Consolation Bracket
- Consolation Playoffs are scheduled to begin on Friday, July 13th. The Consolation Semifinals and Consolation Championship are scheduled for Saturday, July 14th *weather permitting*
