BCS Qualifier Scout Notes: Days 3-4

Owen Bernier (2025, Fort Myers, Fla.) has swung a hot bat for his squad throughout the event. The uncommitted right-handed hitter works from a taller 6-foot-2, 160-pound frame with a slender build. He has long levers in the frame with room to keep filling out. He starts with the hands high and back elbow out in an upright stance. He uses a leg lift and stride forward with a direct hand path through the zone. The right-handed hitter had good barrel accuracy throughout the weekend and was able to post a .750 batting average for the tournament with a .667 on-base percentage with a double to his credit, plating 2 runs as well.
