This list reflects a ranking of a combination of determiners, most notably of them projected impact to the D-I school as well as potential draft projections. How a player is projected to impact his new club is most notable amongst them, but draft stock and draft upside matters here, as it does with pretty much everything that I write. There are a couple 2024 eligible players on the list below, but the vast majority of these players will be eligible for the next draft in summer 2023.
