13u & 14u National Showcase Announced

As Perfect Game’s 2021 schedule continues to unfold with the release of events from around the country, we are happy to announce the dates and locations of both the 13u and 14u National Showcases. Perfect Game continues to provide a platform for young players to show off their talents on the national level, as the 14u National Showcase has continued to grow over each of its first four years and much of the same is to be expected in year two of the 13u National Showcase.

Last summer, Perfect Game announced the dates and location for the first ever 13u National Showcase, setting the stage for this year’s event to build off of the success from year one. From July 23-25 the top 13u players will descend upon West Palm Beach, Florida at the FITTEAM Ballpark, Spring Training home of the Washington Nationals and the Houston Astros and showcase their talents in the second annual 13u National Showcase. Players born on or after May 1, 2007 or are members of the 2026 class are eligible for the invite-only event and it’ll serve as the final event prior to the roster selection for the 13u Select Festival. Last year’s event saw 12 players who attended the National Showcase suit up in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma for the Select Festival.

Serving as the unofficial home of the 14u National Showcase, JetBlue Ballpark, the Spring Training home of the Boston Red Sox, in Fort Myers, Florida, will once again play host to talented 14u players from all over the country on July 30-August 1. Players who are born or after May 1st, 2006 or are members of the 2025 graduating class are eligible. This is an invite-only event and players will be selected throughout the spring and summer through various Perfect Game events, with selections for the 14u PG Select Festival following the conclusion of the event. Just last year, the 2020 14u National Showcase saw 40 players get the call for the Select Festival held last August in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Perfect Game scouts will be out watching and gathering names for both events throughout the spring and summer, both at tournaments as well as showcases as the schedule will be filled with both 13u and 14u regional showcases. For the schedule of regional showcase dates and locations, click here.
