Parks is in the conversation for best JUCO prospect in the country along with a handful of others, and his commitment to South Carolina is a big one, to be sure, but if things go as they should, Parks is likely to be a top-5 rounder in July. With a still-projectable frame, plus athleticism, and plus-plus arm speed; Parks can run his fastball into the upper-90s with an out-pitch slider, and has some of the best upside in the class.
