Conference play has certainly given the Top 25 a new look the past couple of weeks, as two more college baseball juggernauts lost this weekend: Stanford and Ole Miss. Both teams lost to in-state, in-conference rivals, UCLA and Mississippi State, and both fall only one spot after strong overall weeks as each performed well during their mid-week contests. It's also important to remember that the series losses were the first for each team so far this year.

One team that has yet to lose a weekend series, NC State, moves up to the No. 2 spot, just behind top-ranked Florida, who have yet to be dethroned from their No. 1 ranking. NC State beat Louisville, in Louisville, to knock the Cardinals out of the rankings for the first time since Louisville joined the ACC. It was NC State's third straight ACC road series win as they now prepare for a stretch of 21 straight games in the state of North Carolina.

Louisville wasn't the only college baseball power to get booted from the Top 25 as TCU, who opened the year ranked third overall, was also ushered out after losing their series, at home in Fort Worth, to Oklahoma. Oklahoma has surged to the top of the Big 12 rankings with an 8-1 conference record and enjoy a three-spot jump up to No. 13 with their recent weekend series win.

Re-entering the Top 25 after falling out roughly a month ago is North Carolina, who is coming off of a road series win over Miami, the first time they've claimed a series against the Hurricanes in Coral Gables since 2008. Also joining the Top 25 is Florida Atlantic, a squad with a strong resume coming off of consecutive weekend sweeps of Marshall and Charlotte in Conference USA action.

Be sure to visit the College Player Database for updates from numerous locations, including Oklahoma/TCU, Stanford/UCLA, Kent State/Central Michigan, Florida State/Georgia Tech and Stetson. After taking a one-week break due to the college basketball national championship, Perfect Game College Baseball on ESPNU Radio SiriusXM channel 84 returns to the airwaves Monday night from 9-11 p.m. ET as Daron Sutton and Mike Rooney recap the week's action.
