EMERSON, Ga. – The Parkview Panthers exploded for 13 runs of offense en route to their victory in the championship final over the SM Thunder. The Panthers were able to capture the 2017 PG 10u Invitational crown thanks to a 13-5 final score to cap off an undefeated weekend.

The Thunder jumped out to an early 2-0 lead after a two-run home run off the bat of Trey Farr. The Panthers would storm back in the bottom half of the inning for six runs of their own. Ford Thompson would deliver the first blow as his two-run home run knotted the game at two runs apiece.
