Quince Venghaus (2021 OF, Dardenne Prairie, MO) has a simple swing that he executes with plenty of consistency, driving balls back through the middle of the field. Venghaus gets to a good power position and can really impact the ball.
Payton Allen (2021 SS, Rogers, AR) put together one of the louder rounds of batting practice on Saturday, showcasing quick hands and plenty of power potential from the right side. The Kansas commit swings with intent to drive the ball and works a gap-to-gap approach.
Brock Daniels (2021 SS, St Louis, MO) hammered balls from the left-side of the plate on Saturday, showcasing a naturally lifted barrel plane and advanced bat-to-ball skills. The Oklahoma commit lines balls to all fields and flashes some pull-side power as well.
Nathan McFall (2021 C, Mahomet, IL) put his high-level bat speed on display Saturday, driving balls back through the box and showcasing some jump off the barrel. The Western Carolina commit stays compact at the plate with a line drive barrel plane.
Kaden Byrne (2021 C, Chesterfield, MO) repeats a high-energy swing with consistency, driving the ball and showcasing tremendous power to the pull-side. The junior stays slightly crouched at load and has a clean shift to contact that allows for consistent timing to the ball.
Jalen Martinez (2020 OF, Clive, IA) executed a high-contact approach with consistency on Saturday, driving the ball back through the box with present bat speed. The Iowa Central CC commit stays simple and direct to the ball while incorporating the lower half well.
Sam McAleer (2022 C, Leawood, KS) flashed some thump to the pull-side on Saturday, elevating with consistency and swinging with intent to impact the ball. The sophomore has excellent power potential and will continue to improve as the frame continues to mature.
Brysen Nepute (2023 OF, Weldon Spring, MO) put together an excellent round of batting practice, impacting the ball with consistency and showing the ability to impact the ball to the pull-side. Nepute is at his best when executing to the middle of the field with a line drive barrel plane.
Nolan Self (2021 C, Sikeston, MO) has the raw strength to drive the ball with consistency, taking his hands to the ball well and staying really strong at the point of contact. Self executes a middle of the field to pull-side approach and flashes some good power when on time and squared.
Nick Walker (2021 SS, St Louis, MO) showcases present bat speed and a smooth left-handed stroke in batting practice, repeating well and executing a high-contact approach. Walker has a line drive barrel plane and rips line drives back through the middle of the field.
Adam Ebling (2021 SS, St Louis, MO) had one of the louder rounds of batting practice, showcasing a line drive barrel plane and a direct path to contact. Ebling has easy bat speed and swings with intent to drive the ball to all fields.
Elijah Tiznado (2021 OF, St Louis, MO) executes a middle of the field to pull-side approach, repeating the swing well and flashing some power when on time and squared. Tiznado has some quickness to the hands with a direct path to contact.
Jacob Frost (2021 1B, Saint Louis, MO) shows big power to the pull-side, getting on-plane and on-time early. Frost drive the ball with consistency and flashes big-time power potential that will play as the frame continues to mature and develop.
Tripp Johns (2023 3B, Chesterfield, MO) was another left-handed hitter to drive the ball to the pull-side Saturday. Johns has a strong frame and uses the lower half well to elevate the ball with consistency while finding the barrel repeatedly.
