Kyle Doherty (2026 LHP, Kennett Square, PA) impressed in this one, as the 2026 left-handed hitter collected two hits including a double. He stays relatively simple with his swing and displays plenty of quickness to his hands. He used the entire field effectively and the swing projects well moving forward.
Gavin Franchetti (2027 C, Atco, NJ) showcased an intriguing overall hit tool with good bat-to-ball skills and some present bat speed, collecting two hits in this one. It is a simple, repeatable swing with adjustability and good pitch recognition.
Hudson Giddens (2027 RHP, Hoboken, NJ) delivered three scoreless innings, as the 2027 primary right-hander ran his fastball up to 70 mph in this look. He displayed good command to both sides of the plate and effectively mixed in a 11-5 shaped curveball for strikes. he produced three strikeouts throughout and garnered tons of weak contact. He stands to add more velocity as he physically matures and repeats his mechanics well.
Zachary Bohm (2027 SS, Shelton, CT) did a nice job of finding the barrel, as the 2027 primary shortstop collected two hits and drove in a run. He uses a quick, direct swing path to deliver the barrel with plenty of present bat speed and recognizes spin well.
Colton Dabkowski (2028 OF, Round Hill, VA) showcased tons of bat speed and good feel for the barrel, as the twitchy left-handed hitting outfielder tripled in this one. It is a simple, repeatable stroke with good lower half usage and tons of projection moving forward.
Rauel Abreu (2027 SS, East Elmhurst, NY) continued to impress in this one, as he followed up his exciting defensive workout with a double and triple. He generates tons of whip to his barrel and delivers the barrel with plenty of bat speed. It projects for legitimate power down the road and will be fun to watch.
Jace Stever (2027 LHP, Mount Carmel, PA) impressed in his three innings of work, as the young lefty punched out six and allowed no runs. He maneuvered his fastball effectively to all four quadrants and showed feel for two promising secondary offerings. His 2-7 shaped breaking ball generated some awkward swings-and-misses, while his faded changeup garnered tons of weak contact. The frame projects to add more strength, as the 2027 Grad will continue to add velocity.
Andrew Bezak (2027 OF, Fulton, MD) displayed a good handle for the bat, as the 2027 Maryland native collected two hits including a double. He stays short and direct with his hands, while delivering the barrel with some compact hand speed.
Tyler Derice (2027 C, Hanover, MA) showed off some power potential with a booming triple in this one. He displays loads of present bat speed and has good feel for the barrel.
