Hudson Giddens is a 2027 RHP/1B, 3B, OF with a 5-9 130 lb. frame from Hoboken, NJ who attends Undecided. Medium, compact frame with a high waist and plenty of room to fill out. Recorded a 8.02 second sixty-yard dash time. Primary right-handed pitcher that worked from a full windup delivery with a coiled leg lift and shorter stride out to foot strike. Fastball worked in the mid-to-upper 60s from a loose three-quarters arm slot. Strike thrower with an attack mentality, pounds the zone effortlessly with the fastball and mixed in a developing 11-5 shaped curveball with gradual depth to it. Will continue to improve with additional velocity and minor mechanical adjustments. Secondary corner infielder with deliberate footwork throughout the fielding process. Uses a slight waist bend to field out in-front, showed ability to change arm angles when necessary and recorded developing arm strength up to 70 mph across the diamond. Right-handed hitter that hits from a slightly open stance with a high hand set, high back elbow and toe-tap trigger. Hands driven swing with downhill swing path and developing bat-to-ball skills. Whole field approach due to length of current swing path, will continue to improve with proper swing adjustments and additional strength.
