Parker Bruggeman is a 2026 RHP/3B/OF with a 6-0 172 lb. frame from Ladera Ranch, CA who attends San Juan Hills. Medium size frame. Ran a 7.69 60-yard dash. Primary right-handed pitcher with a three pitch mix out of a high three-quarter slot. Short arm action, simple delivery with torque and drive towards the plate. Gets downhill and shows solid average arm strength for the age. Fastball topped at 80, developing feel for spin an shape on the curve and a change up with reduced spin and late drop. Pitchability to the profile with the ability to locate and change speeds. Also worked out as an infielder showing corner infield footwork and actions, gets the glove out front with some rhythm and actions and made throws with solid average arm strength across the diamond. Right handed hitter hit from a wide base, showed strength in the hands with developing bat speed, big intent on swings and a primary lift and drive pull side approach. Average ability to get on time and get to the barrel. Great Student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
