Princeton Janney is a 2026 OF/RHP/3B with a 5-9 154 lb. frame from Reidsville, NC who attends Reidsville. Medium athletic build with long limbs and plenty of room to get stronger. Left handed hitter, starts his swing with a short pre-stride, short rotational swing with a short hand path, pretty simple and repeatable, has some bat speed when he gets the barrel turned and pulls the ball. 7.29 runner in the sixty, speed played up on the bases and he was aggressive using it. Primary outfielder on defense, fields off his front foot well, tends to stop his momentum to throw, lower arm slot with some arch on his throws. Also worked out in the infield, skills and athleticism work better in the outfield. Took a turn on the mound, has a short and compact arm action with an over the top release, slow methodical delivery, gets off his backside well and down the mound. Primary fastball pitcher, worked in the mid-70's with his fastball with good downhill angle, mostly straight and thrown for strikes. Only flashed his curveball and change up, still developing feel for those. Good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
