Geraniel J. Nieves Fontanez is a 2026 OF/C with a 5-10 180 lb. frame from Aguas Buenas, PR who attends Leadership Christian Academy. Medium athletic build with good present strength. 6.79 runner in the sixty. Primary outfielder on defense, has outstanding raw arm strength and makes low throws with on-line carry, 3/4's arm slot, can quicken his release through more efficient footwork, athletic actions to the ball. Left handed hitter, has a short and compact swing with a coiling leg raise into his stride, stays consistent and gets the barrel to the ball for spray line drive contact to all fields, barrel control over impact. Good student. Named to the PG Puerto Rice National Qualifier Showcase Top Prospect List.
