Primary catcher on defense, sets up one knee down, gains ground well into his throws, quick exchange and release with a compact arm action, makes accurate throws, polished overall defensive actions. Right handed hitter, sets up in a slightly open stance with a short stride and positive weight shift into his swing, rotational swing with a hard turn, impact the ball hard when he gets the barrel out front, EV's up to 104 mph in batting practice.
