Haydn Sumo Davis is a 2025 RHP/IF/C with a 6-2 120 lb. frame from Byhalia, MS who attends HW Byers High School. Tall lean frame infielder that showed quality glove work with ability to gain ground through the ball and deliver on time accurate strikes across the diamond. The medium arm action is smooth and functional for the position. At the plate, its a pull heavy approach with big barrel wrap load. There's some projectabilty with such a thin frame, would benefit from added strength. On the mound, he side step into a hearty lift. He has no problem working in line down the plane. The release is a high over the top slot, with superb command of the fastball. 7.55 60-yard. Good student.
