2023 Virginia Indoor Showcase (Feb. 26)
Henry Stewart is a 2024 C/1B/OF with a 6-2 195 lb. frame from Springfield, VA who attends West Springfield. Big and strong athletic build, looks the part of the prospect. Right handed hitter, hits from an open start with a hanging leg raise load, high hands and high back elbow in his set up, creates present bat speed and the ball really jumps well when he gets extended through contact, mostly mid field line drive contact. Primary catcher on defense, has good present arm strength and carry on his throws, quick transfer and release, tends to stand straight up to throw and can work on his lower half actions catching and throwing. Lots of tools for his position to continue to develop. Good student. Named to the Virginia Indoor Showcase Top Prospect List.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
