2023 WWBA Summer Workout Showcase (July 12)
Robert Hubbard is a 2026 OF/LHP, 1B with a 5-10 150 lb. frame from Budd Lake, NJ who attends Mount Olive. Hubbard Ran a 7.65 Sixty Yard Dash. Robert showed a medium athletic frame with plenty of room to fill out and strength to add. Primary Outfield Hubbard field the ball cleanly to the side with short strides to the ball. The throws presented some carry to the bases with accuracy. He did a great job of repeating the release on each of his throws. Also a first baseman he fielded the ball cleanly out in front with quick footwork side to side. Left handed hitters started with a slightly open medium base with a small toe tap trigger. He showed a short compact stroke with a ton of quickness through the zone with some strength to the pull side. Hubbard showed some tilt in the barrel with the path and great feel of it. Robert is an excellent student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
