John Stowers is a 2026 C/RHP/3B with a 6-0 204 lb. frame from Mobile, AL who attends St. Paul's Episcopal. Strong prototypical catcher's build. Left handed hitter, sets up in an open stance with a big hanging leg lift load, turns hard and is looking to pull and lift the ball, full effort swing, flashed some carry when he got the ball in the air, singular approach. 7.11 runner in the sixty. Primary catcher on defense, sets up in a relaxed side saddle stance, has a quick transfer and an easy and accurate arm with good carry, repeats his actions well, clean and polished overall defensively.
