Joshua Weppner is a 2026 RHP/OF with a 5-11 170 lb. frame from Haymarket, VA who attends Battlefield. Works from a lanky, high-waisted frame. Primary right-handed pitcher, works exclusively from the stretch, works at a deliberate pace, drives down the mound well, good lower-half movements, fastball plays up, some heaviness to it, topped out at 81 mph, located the heater well. Flashed varying shaped breaking ball, appeared to have some depth at times and some sweep at other times, projects for more velocity with added strength. Secondary outfielder, worked through the ball aggressively, took smart routes to the ball, good pulldown, delivered accurate throws, recorded arm strength up to 79 mph. Right-handed hitter, level bat path, made contact primarily to the pull-side with some occasional line drives to the middle of the field, projects for more power, recorded an exit velocity of 79 mph. Ran a 7.51 sixty-yard dash. Excellent student. Named to the Sunshine Mid-Atlantic Top Prospect List.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
