Jared James is a 2025 OF/RHP/3B with a 5-8 157 lb. frame from Woodstock, GA, who attends Sprayberry. A medium & athletic frame. Ran a 7.17 60-yard dash. Primary outfielder who moved pretty well during his round. He showed a good feel for the glove, fielding it off to the side with a shorter, on-line release. Average carry with throws at 81 mph during his round of throws. Shorter shuffle working through throws. A right-handed hitter with an even stance. Calm swing. A shorter swing works to the middle of the field and pull-side during his round of swings. Produced an 86 mph exit velocity during PG Tech testing. Added a base knock in-game as well. A right-handed pitcher who used a primarily two-pitch mix during the outing. He worked from the stretch only, with a simple operation. Clean leg lift with a higher three-quarters arm slot with a shorter arm action. He fastball up to 78 mph, and he was running in on right-handed hitters. Strike thrower with a repeatable delivery. Consistent mover on the mound. The curveball sort of floats. He threw 2 quick innings, holding the opposition scoreless. Good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
