Tyler Korchin is a 2026 RHP/MIF with a 5-11 130 lb. frame from Walpole, MA who attends Xaverian Brothers. High waisted slender build with lots of time and room to fill in and get stronger. Has a tall delivery with good balance over the rubber, works down the mound with a short and compact 3/4's arm action that hides the ball well. Fastball sat in the mid-70's with good arm side running life, good bet to keep adding velocity as he gets stronger. Change up was a nice pitch for him, maintains his arm speed well with some fading life, got some swing and miss on the pitch. Flashed curveball potential when he maintained his arm speed. Has an idea how to pitch. 8.51 runner in the sixty, plays infield when not on the mound. Right handed hitter, hits from an open stance with a big stride into contact, swings hard with some head violence. Good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
