Martin Shelar is a 2026 OF/RHP with a 6-2 200 lb. frame from Atlanta, GA who attends Marist. Outstanding athletic build with very good present strength. Right handed hitter, has outstanding bat speed and strength, starts from an open and narrow stance with a toe tap load, turns hard and really gets separated well at contact, showed his power and made Chase Field look small in batting practice, aggressive game approach but handles the barrel well.. 6.57 runner in the sixty. Primary outfielder on defense, has easy arm strength and low on-line carry, short and quick arm action, athletic actions to the ball. Good student with a verbal commitment to Mississippi State. Selected to play in the Perfect Game All-American Classic.
