Cameron Tarkenton is a 2026 RHP/MIF with a 6-2 180 lb. frame from Raleigh, NC who attends Cardinal Gibbons. Long and lean athletic build with plenty of physical projection remaining. Works from a side step/leg raise delivery with some extra shoulder turn over the rubber, has nice arm speed from a high 3/4's arm slot, bit closed on his landing out front but gets good extension down the mound. Fastball sat in the low 90's with good four-seam carry through the zone. Change up was a good pitch for him with some fading depth and good deception. Threw strikes with a short slider. Excellent student with a verbal commitment to North Carolina.
