Reggie Lawson is a 2016 RHP/3B with a 6-4 187 lb. frame from Adelento, CA who attends Victor Valley HS. Extra long and lean build, long arms and legs, high level physical projection. Easy on line delivery, high 3/4's arm slot with big downhill plane to the plate, arm action is loose and tension free. Four-seam fastball was steady at 91-93 mph, two-seamer was upper 80's with big life down in the zone and functioned as a firm change up at times. Tight curveball with bite and snap, very good depth at times, potential plus pitch. Overmatched many hitters, impressive performance. Has really taken a step forward in his development and still has plenty of projection left. Good student, verbal commitment to Arizona State. Named to the Perfect Game All-American Classic team.
