2025 PG Pittsburgh Indoor Showcase
Kason Angel is a 2026 RHP/C with a 6-0 190 lb. frame from Cameron, WV who attends Cameron. Strong athletic build. Works from a full wind up with good lower half drive and actions down the mound. Fastball has high spin (2300+) and plays up, coupled with a swing and miss slider. Changeup flashes some fade and he throws the entire mix for strikes. Starts with a knee down behind the plate and receives them clean. Quick exchanges and a big arm to second with an athletic operation. Clean mover on the infield with quick transfers and a big arm across. Narrow, upright stance at the plate with high hands and high back elbow. Big stride to contact, working though the middle with plenty of strength and swinging with intent. Feel for the barrel and raw power. Outstanding student. Named to the PG Pittsburgh Indoor Showcase Top Prospect List.

Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
