Lawson McLeod is a 2026 RHP with a 6-6 215 lb. frame from Richmond, VA who attends Trinity Episcopal. Extra big and strong young build with room to get plenty stronger. Pretty easy mechanics, longer arm action in back. Fastball topped out at 91 mph, has been up to 93 mph in the past, mostly straight with occasional arm side life. Change up was a good pitch for him this outing, firm with good arm speed and some feel. Throws a short slider as his breaking ball. High ceiling young arm as he learns to repeat his mechanics and release point, starter profile moving forward. Good student.
