Tyson Kushnir is a 2026 OF/LHP with a 5-10 180 lb. frame from Richmond Hill, ON who attends Bill Crothers. Medium strong build. Left-handed hitter, hits from a spread stance and deep hand load with a big hanging front leg timer, swings hard, has loose wrists and good bat speed through contact, can drive the ball hard to the middle of the field when he's barreled up, key will be to simplify his timing for more consistency. 7.34 runner in the sixty. Primary outfielder on defense, is very aggressive to the ball with a one hand gather out front, has a full arm circle, will throw uphill at times. Also pitched, throws from a low 3/4's arm slot and works exclusively from the stretch, front side tends to fly open early, upper body rotational delivery. Fastball topped out at 76 mph to go with a 1/7 shaped curveball and a sinking change up, was around the plate with all his pitches. Good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
