Jake Wall is a 2026 RHP/1B with a 6-2 180 lb. frame from Wood-Ridge, NJ who attends Wood-Ridge. Wall works from a long limbed medium build with strength present throughout. Primary RHP, starts from the middle of the rubber with higher leg lift to the chest. Does a nice job of extending down the hill releasing from a lower 3/4 slot, working in the low 80's for the majority of the appearance. Can work on finding a consistent release point for additional command of zone, but natural movement in the arsenal is clear. CB currently at 1832 rpm. At 1B, Wall displayed sound footwork around the bag and showcased the ability to change slots on the run, ultimately topping out at 76 mph across the diamond. Offensively, started from an even base with a simple stride into contact. Direct and powerful stroke displayed with carry production to both gaps. Controlled the barrel well and covered the zone effectively. Frame projects for additional power potential in the future. Posted an exit velo of 79 mph. Good student. Named to Top Prospect List.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
