2025 PG Northeast Indoor Showcase
Vaughn Worthing is a 2026 SS/RHP/2B with a 5-9 155 lb. frame from Tabernacle, NJ who attends Seneca. Ran a 4.93 fourty-yard dash. A medium-framed and athletic infielder, Worthing showcased feel for the position, working well laterally and utilizing soft hands that made all of the plays. He showed an advanced internal clock and ability to change slots, reaching 82 mph across the diamond. At the plate, Worthing starts with a narrow but even base, keeping a high hand set and using a simple stride. His barrel was accurate through the zone, with some pull-side impact potential. On the mound, Worthing shines, using a shorter leg load before flying down the mound from a high three-quarters slot. The fastball reached 85 mph with life through the zone, while mixing in an advanced curveball that possessed wicked two-plane tilt with depth. Great student.
