Spencer Makarewicz is a 2026 OF/RHP with a 5-11 175 lb. frame from New Fairfield, CT who attends New Fairfield. Makarewicz works from a long limbed plenty projectable build with athleticism present throughout. As a primary OF, displayed active footwork and successfully fielded out in front with fluid clean movements overall. He carried momentum downhill well, ultimately topping out at 88 mph. On the mound, started from the middle of the rubber and worked quickly to keep hitters uncomfortable in the box. Hid the ball effectively with deception to the delivery. Showcased the ability to work backwards in counts with CB at 2206 rpm and CH that killed spin at 1038 rpm. Offensively, the righty started from an even base with a wrapped hand set and leg lift trigger, producing solid impact to the middle of the field. He displayed evident barrel whip through the zone, posting an exit velo of 86 mph. Ran a 4.91 forty yard dash. Named to Top Prospect List.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
