Roen Douglas is a 2026 OF/3B with a 5-9 165 lb. frame from Petrolia, ON who attends Lambton. Medium, athletic frame with present strength to frame and additional room to fill throughout. Ran a 7.13 60-yard dash. Primary outfielder, moves well to the ball with a bounce to step and energy to actions, utilizes a long crop hop while moving into a higher release point, works on top of throws and shows accuracy and arm strength on throws, extra step through release. Left-handed hitter, begins with a wide base and a high/tight hand set, employs a leg lift trigger for timing in the box. Can implement additional lower half into weight shift, lots of strength in hands and creates some torque in swing. Generates backspin at the point of contact, ball jumps off of the barrel to the pull side with nice carry, more power there to unlock moving forward. Excellent student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
