Devon Ouwehand is a 2024 RHP with a 6-2 190 lb. frame from Pickering, ON. Features a physical build with strength present. Primary right-handed pitcher. Utilizes a semi-windup delivery into tall and fall mechanics. Creates decent tempo down the mound. Throws from a 3/4 slot. Hides it well throughout a short arm action. Fastball sat 75-79 mph with slight cut action. Goes right at hitter with the offering with the ability to work it in on left-handed hitter well. Pairs with a slider at 64-66 mph with short, tilting action. Has confidence in the pitch with the ability to throw it early in counts. Throws both offerings for strikes often, resulting in quick outs. Named to the PG CPBL Fall Prospect Games Top Prospect List.
