Jackson Wier is a 2026 RHP/C with a 6-2 200 lb. frame from Louisville, CO who attends Fairview HS. Started off the event clocking a 7.16 60-yard dash. A primary pitcher, secondary catcher. Standard leg lift delivery on the mound with very good lower body direction to the plate, high 3/4 arm slot, low effort easy arm action with some angle to the plate, has some back side bounce at his balance point that he works through well. Fastball topped out at 82 mph, maintained his velocity very well over 3 innings, gets occasional cut or sink on his fastball and threw lots of ground balls. Change up was a solid pitch that he can use more. Tends to get twisty out front with his curveball, consistency still developing on this pitch. Right handed hitter, hits from a slightly open, wide stance with hands close to his body, swings hard, can improve his separation through contact. Young athlete who should keep improving on the mound as he gets stronger. Was named to the Top Prospect List. Good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
