2023 Jupiter Qualifier Workout Showcase
Ian Ayala is a 2025 OF/SS with a 5-8 133 lb. frame from Toa Alta, PR who attends American Military Academy. Recorded a 7.15 second 60-yard dash time. Younger frame with a slender build and room for physical projection. Primary outfielder who waits back on the ball and shows quicker transfers. Longer arm action with a high arm slot and short footwork. Also worked out from the infield and showed similar levels of arm strength, topping out at 85-86 mph. Right-handed hitter with a very wide base, high hand set, and a high back elbow. Deeper hand load with a shorter path to the ball. Pull side oriented approach. Power will improve with added strength. Great student. Named to the Jupiter Qualifier Workout Showcase TP List.
