Wells Cunningham is a 2027 OF/3B with a 6-0 170 lb. frame from Scarsdale, NY who attends Canterbury. Medium, athletic build with long levers and plenty of projection remaining. Primary outfielder, stays light on his feet while working through the baseball. Carries his momentum well into release, keeping the throws low and online. Showcased projectable glove actions with some present hand speed. Recorded arm strength up to 81 mph from the outfield. Right-handed hitter, starts in a very wide stance with a compact hand set-up. Shifts his weight efficiently and utilizes a simple stride for timing. Created consistent carry and leverage to all fields during batting practice. Repeats his swing well and projects for more power as he continues to physically mature. Posted an exit velocity of 79 mph. Ran a 7.15 sixty-yard dash. Excellent student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
