The righthanded hitter native to Clive, Iowa was a strong hitter during the batting practice portion of the workouts showing a leveraged plane on a line drive path generating solid barrel speed through the zone. He works mostly to the pull side of the field with barrel turn out in front. During outfield workouts Jalen showed long, athletic actions working to and through the baseball. The uncomitted 2020 grad flashed clean transfers into throws with good arm strength and accurate carry to the bases topping out at 88 mph.

Carter Rohman  SS - 2020 - Highland, MI

Large frame with a solid and projectable build. Very athletic infielder that should be able to stick up the middle. Smooth actions showing range in both directions. Clean glove actions out in front with a quick funnel in. Creates carry through accurate throws at 86 MPH. Also performed well at the plate with a leveraged swing. Can work the whole field but best when staying up the middle.

Consistently squaring up the ball and it driving it out of the ballpark. Displayed athleticism throughout the weekend starting by posting a 7.06 second sixty-yard dash. During outfield workouts flashed aggressive actions with quick transfers into throws with good arm strength topping out at 85 MPH from the outfield.

The Waterloo native stands at 6-foot-3 with a projectable build. Smooth defender on the infield with quick hands into transitions with high end arm strength topping out at 87 MPH across the infield. Tight spinning, 11-to-5 curveball with late depth through the zone.

Standing at an athletic 6-foot-3, Cahoy clocked in with a 6.98 second 60-yard dash showing off the speed and athleticism. Works with solid direction and momentum through the ball creating accurate carry at 82 MPH. Utilizes his natural strength at the plate generating some lift and driving the ball into the gaps.

Jackson Wentworth  RHP - 2021 - Urbandale, IA
Kansas State

The Kansas State commit features an athletic delivery with explosive actions working down the mound. Wentworth showed impressive arm speed from a mid three-quarter slot. Jackson showed an impressive three pitch mix including a fastball up to 89 mph complemented with a sharp 10/5 curveball creating a lot of swing and miss at 74 and a fading change up keeping hitters off balance at 77 mph.

Wilson Zuck  OF - 2021 - Appleton, WI

Zuck, an Appleton, Wis. native took one of the more impressive batting practice session of the weekend showing consistent line drive contact to all fields with loud barreled balls. Really projects well in the box and should continue to hit for a high average moving forward.

Will Skjold  C - 2021 - St. Paul, MN

Skjold, a primary catcher, generates a lot of torque with his strong lower half. There's a lot of power potential when pairing his strong frame and elevated bat path. He was consistently able to drive the ball with authority to the deep parts of the field. Defensively, he works from an even stance with some present arm strength and a quick transfer, recorded a 1.97 second pop time.

James Jefferson  RHP - 2021 - Des Moines, IA

Jefferson, a primary right-handed pitcher, has a tall and slender frame with some serious projectability on the mound. The rising-junior has a fast arm from a mid three-quarter slot, and was able to run a lively fastball up to 85 MPH. Jefferson has some present athleticism that allows him to create good energy down the mound, and the Iowa native showed the ability to land both a hard slider and changeup in the zone for strikes.

Anthony Gross  OF - 2021 - Muskego, WI

Gross, a primary outfielder, has a compact build with smooth footwork to get to and through the baseball in his approach and gather. Has clean glove actions and some present arm strength defensively. Offensively, Gross has a line drive barrel plane and bat-to-ball skills that translated well in game action. Gross is a sub-7.00 second sixty yard dash runner, and he uses his speed in game action to create havoc on the bases and create run-scoring opportunities.

Gable Mitchell  SS - 2022 - Iowa City, IA

The switch hitting 2022 grad showed a compact strong swing from both sides of the plate with the ability to drive line drives to and through the gaps in the outfield. Mitchell flashed good bat speed with a plus bat to ball tool creating consistently driven line drives from both sides of the plate. In the field Mitchell showed smooth, athletic actions with good range working to both sides of the infield. Gable displayed quick transfers into throws with good arm strength topping out at 83 mph across the infield.

Brendan Som  SS - 2022 - Skokie, IL

Very athletic player with a 5-foot-10 frame that projects for more while maintaining the athleticism. Really impressed defensively with smooth and fluid actions out in front. Quick exchanges getting the ball out well. Just needs to continue to add strength. Solid contact hitter working the ball to all fields. Consistently squared up the baseball, controlling the barrel well.

Julius Sanchez  RHP - 2022 - Lasalle, IL

Showed impressive athleticism starting off the weekend by posting a 6.85 second sixty yard dash. At the plate showed the ability to create good bat speed and work the barrel out front with good jump off the barrel to the pull side. In the infield flashed athletic actions with a confident glove and good arm strength topping out at 85 mph across the infield. The right handed pitcher displayed an athletic delivery moving down the mound with explosive actions. Showed good arm speed from a three quarter slot. Features a fastball up to 85 mph and a 11/5 curveball with good depth creating swing and miss up to 71 mph and a fading change up at 74 mph.

Joey Little  OF - 2022 - Hawthorn Woods, IL

Athletic player with a strong feel in the box. Works from gap-to-gap with a line drive approach. Fluidity to swing creating loud jump when squared off the barrel. Joey showed athletic actions working to and through the ball in the outfield to go along with good arm strength and accurate carry to the bases topping out at 86 mph. In the infield Little flashed smooth hands and clean transfers into throws with accurate carry to the bases.
