Rowan Blanton (2025 3B, Jesup, GA) got the barrel extended throughout the round. The base is even with good balance, the hands set low in the stance and he generates a lot of bat speed in the swing. He capped the round with a loud pull-side home run into the trees.
Ty Carter (2026 OF, Dunwoody, GA) showcased a short and direct path throughout the round. He shot the ball gap-to-gap with good strength off the barrel. He impacted the ball to the middle of the field when in rhythm.
Johnson Dubose (2026 SS, Atlanta, GA) was a name that really stood out throughout the event but he really shined in the round of batting practice. The swing is a good foundational swing to continue building on as he adds strength to the lean frame.
Maddox Bonner (2026 C, Carrollton, GA) has good strength to the frame and it really showed with how much the ball jumped off the barrel. He uses a knee lift trigger to get into rhythm and works well into the legs to create power to all fields. It's an intriguing young bat that had a good round.
Vinny Blair (2025 OF, Boca Raton, FL) is a tall and lean player with good power projection and is already showing the ability to drive the ball into both gaps. The swing is long and loose with repeatable swing mechanics and he does a good job of finding the barrel often.
Michael Daniel (2024 RHP, Auburn, AL) put on an impressive power display throughout the round of batting practice. The swing is super efficient, he finds the barrel at a high clip and he showed the ability to hit the ball out of the park to the pull-side. It's a really intriguing bat that's still uncommitted.
Elijah Grant (2024 OF, Belton, SC) swung the bat well in the round of BP after a big showing in the workout portion. It's a smooth left-handed swing with obvious twitch in the hands and he drove the ball to all fields. He's the prototypical top of the order bat and he showed off in this round.
David Kile (2024 SS, Leesburg, GA) got the bat out front and drove the ball to the pull-side consistently in this round. The swing has natural loft to it, giving him the ability to leave the yard with the amount of strength that he has in the path.
Trey Majette (2024 1B, Lawrenceville, GA) is a name that really stood out in his round. It's a true switch hit tool with good feel for the barrel from both sides and a lot of power to project on down the road.
Will Truitt (2024 3B, Columbus, GA) put on a loud display throughout his round, capping it off with a home run into the parking lot. The amount of strength is impressive and he repeats the swing well, staying short and allowing the power to play.
Christopher Oates (2025 SS, Buford, GA) is another switch hitter that showed a lot to like from both sides of the plate in his round. He hit the ball hard into both gaps from both sides. The setup and swing are identical and he has good feel for the barrel.
Spears Martin (2025 C, Marietta, GA) stood out throughout the round and he finished it off by driving a ball to the warning track to the pull-side. The swing is long and loose with natural loft, showing the ability to hit the ball hard to both sides.
