2- Green v. 1- Black Game Highlights

11/13/2022

2 - Green

Aidan Larkin (2024 3B, Cartersville, GA) is a highly ranked primary third baseman who turned in an excellent day at the plate. The right-handed hitter went (2-for-3) with a double and triple. At the plate, Larkin has advanced hand-eye coordination which allows him to adjust to breaking balls deep in the zone, while also jumping on fastballs with extension out front. A toolsy ballplayer, Larkin has a good arm at third, and profiles to the left side long term. Aidan has nice size and strength to his current build, and played the game with confidence.

Taylor Sunderhaus (2025 OF, Brunswick, GA) ran into a fastball in a 3-0 count, and drove it way out to the wall in the oppo-gap. Tracked the outside pitch deep and made loud contact with the barrel, creating backspin for carry as it went to the wall. A good athlete, Sunderhaus moves well out of the box and on the bases with aggression and underway speed. The same speed we saw on the bases translates to the outfield where he demonstrates range to either side, anticipates contact well off the bat, and has feel for the leather with present ability to make all plays look routine.

Nicholas Madison (2025 C, Newnan, GA) made hard contact on a infield single to shortstop, in the hole. Madison made solid contact in each at-bat even though he ended up with a 1-for-3 day. Madison showcases nice rhythm and timing to his swing, and clean actions on the bases. A primary catcher, Nicholas has a strong receiving glove, and moves well laterally helping him block pitches in the dirt. A dirtdog of sorts, Madison plays the game hard, and worked well with his battery-mate.

Ty Willoughby (2026 1B, Carrollton, GA) was another ballplayer to turn in a 1-for-3 day, yet Ty's hit was a loud double to the gap. With present size and strength, Willoughby was able to get into his lower half, and create nice torque, muscling a fastball to the gap. Projectable at first base, he has feel for the leather, maintains balance at the bag, and has clean defensive actions whether ranging to his right in the hole, or to cover contact down the line.

1 - Black

William Barbary (2024 C, Douglasville, GA) was able to make hard-hit, pull-side contact throughout the game, ending with two singles to right field. At the plate, Barbary tracks pitches well, and when it's time to turn it loose, does so in a big way, with impressive hip fire, and bat speed. Athletic in all phases, Barbary moves well on the bases for a catcher, as he stays alert, and is not afraid to take the extra base. Behind the plate, William works well with his battery-mate, is a sound receiver, and has an accurate arm to bases, as he patrols the running game.

Austin Harland (2024 SS, Mableton, GA) turned in a multi-hit game at the plate, with a triple. On the triple, Austin drove a fastball into the pull side gap, and coasted around the bases with ease. Plus athleticism is already present, as he makes the game look easy with smooth actions. Speed and instincts translate to the left side of the infield as well, as the primary shortstop covers a lot of ground in the six-hole, and has a projectable arm that produces accurate throws with carry through the bag.

Luke Burnett (2026 OF, Statham, GA) would put together a nice at-bat, resulting in a hit  to centerfield, and score a run in the win. At the plate, Burnett appears confident and swings hard with a level to high swing path. A primary outfielder, Luke's speed plays in all phases as he performs with no shortage of hustle.

4-Navy vs. 3-Maroon Game Highlights

11/13/2022

Will Hennessey (2025 3B, Marietta, GA) turned on one and smoked a double into the right center gap. Long, loose path with good leverage on the front side. Solid swing with more power coming. Also had a single in the later innings that drove in a pair.

Jason Sproull (2026 OF, Wilmington, NC) burned the left fielder for a stand up triple. Really athletic player with good wheels and obvious feel for the barrel.

McKade Watson (2024 C, Wetumpka, AL) just smoked a ball over the left fielders head in the first inning. He lifted the ball and just missed hitting it out. Physical build with pull-side power on display here.

Logan McNamara (2025 RHP, Mandeville, LA) looked solid through his three innings. Fastball sat in the mid-70s with an effortless operation. Upper-60s slider with slight vertical bite towards the end was mixed in. Projectable, young player with upside.

Aidan Wray (2025 C, Alpharetta, GA) punched out the side in the first inning that he threw. Fastball up to 80 mph, sat in the upper-70s. Changes arm angles and mixed a breaking ball in the upper-60s.

Carmelo Jones (2024 OF, Douglasville, GA) pulled a triple into the left field corner. Twitchy athlete that showed off the speed making it into third with a head first slide.

Spears Martin (2025 C, Marietta, GA) hit a loud triple into the right center gap to drive in a run. Has a short swing with good feel to hit the ball to either gap with authority. Has solid actions behind the dish as well.

Damian Brown (2024 OF, Buford, GA) hammered a ball right back up the middle for a single in the late innings. He has a physical build and has good bat speed through the zone.

Tyler Camara (2024 OF, Pauline, SC) hit a single down the left field line in the tenth inning. He's a lean, athletic player with barrel awareness. The swing is short with looseness to the path.

3- Maroon v. 4- Navy Game Highlights

11/12/2022

3 - Maroon

Michael Lyons (2026 LHP, Kathleen, GA) started for Maroon and was impressive, working three innings where he scattered three hits, and struck out five. Lyons delivers with loose and smooth actions, allowing his arm to work out front with extension and hand whip upon release. He mixed a fastball up to 65-mph with his curveball he used minimally, yet when right it was a good one with 1/7 shape and downer action.

Carmelo Jones (2024 OF, Douglasville, GA) performed well all over the field. Went 1-for-3 at the plate with a knock to the pull side. Stays short with his swing through the hitting zone allowing him to stay connected and make strong contact with the barrel. On the mound, Jones appeared as the first reliever out of the bullpen, and worked three, one-hit innings with two strikeouts. Jones maintained a mechanically sound delivery on the mound, which allowed him to get into his lower half and fuel his repertoire through the zone with strength. He did a nice job mixing his fastball up to 78-mph with his curveball and changeup, both in the low 60’s most of the way.

Bryce Adams (2024 OF, Woodstock, GA) was yet another member of Maroon who performed well in all phases during the tie. Adams hit leadoff for his club and turned in a 1-for-3 day with a triple and run scored. Adams was able to showcase patience in the box, and work into hitter’s counts where he hunted fastballs with confidence. He displayed a smooth swing, where his hips lead his hands, and he creates nice torque, whipping his barrel through the zone, making contact out front with extension. On the triple, Adams’ barrel was loud, as he produced carry into the gap, and was able to turn on the jets with first step quickness out of the box and underway speed, making it to third with ease. Ranked as the 227th outfielder in the 2024 class.

Andrew Carter (2024 OF, Powder Springs, GA) displayed the actions and result that we have come to expect from the young outfielder at Perfect Game events. At the plate, Carter maintains a simplistic approach, where he never tries to do too much. He stays short through the hitting zone with the swing and showcases his athleticism and twitch time and again. 1-for-3 on the day with a triple, the extra-base hit was loud, as he met a first-pitch fastball out front and drove it to straight away center. Speed has always been a tool Carter has utilized over the years, and on the triple, he got out of the box fast, and went first to third with ease, as he maintains large strides, and plus speed, as it doesn’t take much to get going. The uncommitted ballplayer is super talented, as he is ranked as the 87th best outfielder in the 2024 class by our scouts.

4 - Navy

Damian Brown (2024 OF, Buford, GA)was able to contribute to his club’s tying effort in a big way as he turned in a multi-hit game from the leadoff spot in the order. At the plate, he demonstrates a smooth stroke, torque generation with the lower half, and hip fire that generates hard-hit, line-drive contact to the gaps. A good athlete, Brown moves well on the bases with acumen, leading to a run scored, his club’s solo run in the contest. Not to be outdone, Brown would appear on the mound in a relief effort and turned in two-innings where he stranded a hit and struck out five. To navigate his appearance, he mixed a fastball up to 80-mph with a curveball up to 72-mph with depth and 11/5 shape that created a lot of swing-and-miss.

Caleb Thrasher (2026 LHP, Albany, KY) earned the start for Navy and was excellent on the mound. Caleb would work the first three innings, hitless, with eight strikeouts. On the mound, Caleb deploys smooth mechanics and a nice rhythm to his delivery. He releases from a three-quarter slot, which stays consistent across his repertoire. Issuing just 60-pitches, he managed to fill the zone over 50%, working ahead of most of the hitters he faced. To navigate his outing, he featured a fastball up to 80-mph, with a curveball with evident feel and comfortability at 70-mph.

Yenli Nolasco (2025 OF, Dallas, GA) already is a highly ranked outfielder in both the state (Georgia), and the 2025 class, and proved why yet again at a PG event as he went 1-for-2 with a double at the plate and pitched the last two innings to the tune of one-hit, and four strikeouts. With evident athleticism in all phases, Nolasco kept his foot on the gas and stayed aggressive in all phases, playing with the advanced actions we are used to seeing from the young primary outfielder. At the plate, Nolasco jumped all over a fastball in, driving it to the pull side gap for a double. On the mound, Nolasco pitches with confidence and pitchability as he mixed his fastball up to 81-mph with run and a curveball in the low 70’s with bite and downer action through the zone.

Batting Practice Highlights

11/12/2022

William Barbary (2024 C, Douglasville, GA) flashed some quick hands at the dish. Generating easy bat speed with a fluid left-handed cut. Impacted with some thump to the pull-side during his round.

Luke Burnett (2026 OF, Statham, GA) was simple in the operation starting a bit spread out. Works into a hanging leg lift to stride and then goes after the baseball. Lifted baseballs deep into the gaps and proved to have projectable power.

Mason Cullars (2026 OF, Macon, GA) proved to have some serious pop during the round. Longer cut looking to generate more power and does just that. Baseball jumped off the barrel.

Austin Harland (2024 SS, Mableton, GA) attacked the baseball with a gap to gap type approach. Does a good job getting the barrel through the baseball generating loud contact.

Ashton Dickey (2025 3B, Athens, AL) utilized a fundamentally sound cut. Stays linear while creating lag before letting the barrel whip through impact. Also flashed signs of power during the round.

Miles Mador (2025 C, Atlanta, GA) possesses a physical mature build showing strength throughout. Puts that strength to good use in the box proving to have some serious pop. Drove it on a line into the gaps proving he could do it on repeat.

Aidan Larkin (2024 3B, Cartersville, GA) took some big cuts during the round. Works into a bigger leg lift and then looks to do damage. Lift in the swing and generated some loud contact. Homered to the pull-side during his round.

Damian Brown (2024 OF, Buford, GA) utilized a short, violent cut. Advanced bat speed. Got the bat head out front and impacted with pop to the pull-side.

Yenli Nolasco (2025 OF, Dallas, GA) shows early signs of being a legit power bat. Looks to pull the baseball and proved he could do it with some juice. Once he adds more strength, could be middle of the order guy who drives in runs.

1-Black vs. 2-Green Game Highlights

11/12/2022

William Barbary (2024 C, Douglasville, GA) was solid behind the dish defensively. Receives the baseball well and has a good arm to go with it. Held runners on well and wasn't tested. Also squared up a pull-side single early on in the action.

Ashton Dickey (2025 3B, Athens, AL) proved to have some barrel accuracy with an early double in the first inning. Direct stroke and doesn't try to over power the baseball.

Miles Mador (2025 C, Atlanta, GA) drove one deep to the pull-side with a double off the fence. Violent cut and doesn't get cheated. Big power potential while handling the pitching staff behind the dish defensively.

Chris Guillory (2026 RHP, Covington, GA) added another run for his Black squad with a double down the leftfield line while knocking in a run. Direct path that matches up well with his quick hands. Confident at the dish.

Samarion Ward (2024 C, Lithonia, GA) is really solid defensively behind the dish. Arm strength a premium with throws on the money. Also barreled up a single through the middle, further proving his abilities on the field.

Braelyn Pratt (2026 OF, McDonald, TN) snuck a hard struck line drive past the third baseman for a double down the line. Ambushed a first pitch fastball and didn't miss.

Bennett Holdener (2024 RHP, Louisville, KY) lifted one deep to leftfield for a double while knocking in a run. Strength in the frame present and it shows in the box.
