Sebastian Acevedo (2027 OF, Temecula, CA) showed quickness to the hands within some clean and loose turns of the barrel. Pull side LDs with mix of hard backspin/top spun. Was on-barrel the majority of his round. 

Cole Lucas (2028 C, Northridge, CA) worked the barrel on a slight uphill path with a tight turn that stayed behind it well. Flashes of bat speed and impact to the pull side. Strong round. 

Asher Johnson (2027 OF, San Diego, CA) showed a compact stroke that has real bat speed and strength. Later POCs at time but when he worked the middle of the field it came off real hard, into the 100+ EVs. 

Nolan Baird (2029 1B, Corona Del Mar, CA) was all over the barrel during his round, producing hard mid 90s EV LDs through the middle and pull side. Turns a hard and fast barrel through with balance and ease. 

Edrian Chao (2028 SS, Rancho Palos Verdes, CA) showed some natural rhythm to the lower-half and hands. Worked LDs through the middle of the field with his flatter path. Just strong feel for the barrel within some balanced turns. 

Eternal Lee (2029 MIF, Rancho Cucamonga, CA) showed a simple swing operation. Good length to the path while staying behind it. Hard turns producing quality contact through the middle. Quickness to the hands stood out. 

Jake Dutcher (2028 OF, Seal Beach, CA) showed a PS oriented approach, working the barrel uphill through with accuracy. Produced good backspin LD/FB contact. 

JJ Metcalf (2028 C, Irvine, CA) showed a more compact stroke where he worked level through it. On-barrel a ton producing loud contact through the middle (mid 90s EV). Consistently balanced and behind it. 

Trevor Newman (2028 OF, Rancho Cucamonga, CA) showed quality quickness and strength to the hands. Tight + uphill barrel path producing quality impact (93/94 EVs). Backspin through the middle with consistent barrel accuracy. 

Justin Gomez (2027 OF, Moreno Valley, CA) used a more direct/compact stroke where the barrel worked level/flat through but did get to some pull side lift. Strength in the swing with decent barrel accuracy. 

Isaiah Cortes (2029 C, Chula Vista, CA) got off consistent clean and balanced turns of the barrel on a level path through. Produced a ton of quality pull side LDs with backspin. 

Wyatt Adolph (2029 OF, Fresno, CA) showed inconsistent barrel feel but when he connected it came off loud. Real bat speed that produced really hard contact to the pull side. 

Logan Pena (2028 SS, Garden Grove, CA) showed strength throughout the frame that translated to quality impact especially to the PS. All fields LD contact showing good feel for the barrel. 

Jake Aguilar (2027 MIF, Covina, CA) caught several hard barrels to the middle and PS. Uses the ground and legs well and showed got the barrel out consistently on-time. 

Gage Lowder (2028 C, West Sacramento, CA) showed considerable strength within an uphill stroke. Some inconsistency in timing and barrel accuracy but produced some really hard contact through the oppo gap. 

Deegan Sharp (2029 1B, Rancho Cucamonga, CA) lived through the middle and pull side with quality barreled contact. Simple swing operation that still gets to some quality strength/impact.

Caleb Manness (2027 3B, Chula Vista, CA) put together a solid round. Creates leverage in the swing producing hard PS contact. Quality strength and bat speed and still a ton of projection.

Joshua Lee (2028 RHP, Rancho Palos Verdes, CA) showed present strength to the hands with a swing that can catch it out front and do damage to the pull side.

James (JT) Armstrong III (2027, Inglewood, CA) smokes a double down the left field line on a 3-1 fastball, dropping the bat head on a pitch he could handle. Grabs another double to left field later, showing a clear pull-side approach with the ability to produce extra-base damage.

Nico Navarro (2028, San Diego, CA) wastes no time, jumping on the first pitch and sending it into right field. Handsy hitter with a direct path to contact and feel for the barrel.

Wyatt Adolph (2029, Fresno, CA) rips one into right field for a triple to lead off the fourth inning. Athletic swing with intent to drive the baseball and speed to grab extra bases.

Caleb Manness (2027, Chula Vista, CA) battles through a seven-pitch at-bat before shooting one over the shortstop to extend the top of the fourth. Competitive approach with the ability to stay on the baseball deep into the count.

Jake Aguilar (2027, Covina, CA) rips his third hit of the day into center field, continuing to be on time. Simple approach with consistent timing and a direct path to contact.

Gage Lowder (2028, West Sacramento, CA)lifts one to deep left-center field for an RBI double, showing strength in the hands and an uphill path. Pull-side approach with the ability to lift the baseball into the gaps.

Edrian Chao (2028, Rancho Palos Verdes, CA) grabs his second hit of the day, driving one into right field. Level path with a pull-side approach and feel for the barrel.

Jadon Cohen (2029, Porter Ranch, CA) comes through with a late-game knock, sending one into left field. Direct path with rhythm to the swing and a simple approach at the plate. 

2-Grey vs. 3-Navy Game Highlights

 Justin Gomez (2027, Moreno Valley, CA) stays hot with another double to deep center field, continuing to do damage at the plate. Later triples to deep center field with the speed on display.

Jake Aguilar (2027, Covina, CA) finds a knock into center field with a simple swing and direct path to contact. Later comes through with a second knock, ripping a full-count fastball pull-side for a double to deep left field.

Gage Lowder (2028, West Sacramento, CA) showed a simple approach at the plate with a direct path and feel for the barrel. Competitive at-bat with intent to drive the baseball.

Itzak Mariscal (2027, Chula Vista, CA) finds green in center field and turns it into two bases, putting his speed on display. Athletic runner who impacts the game with his legs.

JJ Metcalf (2028, Irvine, CA) rips a triple to left field to plate a run, showing strength in the frame and a simple trigger. Follows it up with a no-doubt blast to left field on a 1-0 fastball.

Jaeden Stewart (2027, Victorville, CA) with a projectable 6-foot-5, 175-pound frame, he drops the bat head on a fastball and sends it into the left field corner for a triple. Athletic swing with room to fill and plenty of projection remaining.

Asher Harkness (2029, Redlands, CA) jumps on the first pitch and sends it back up the middle for a knock. Good timing and approach, showing he was ready to hit from the on-deck circle.

Trevor Newman (2028, Rancho Cucamonga, CA) battles back after falling behind 0-2, making the adjustment and ripping a ball into center field. Quality at-bat to lead off the top of the fourth inning.

Jake Dutcher (2028, Seal Beach, CA) jumps on a first-pitch fastball and drives it to center field for an RBI triple. Simple approach with intent to attack a hittable pitch early.

1-Green vs. 2-Grey Game Highlights

Gavin Manzo (2029, Upland, CA) grabbed two knocks in Game 1, showing a direct path and feel for the barrel. Projectable frame with strength in the hands and intent to drive the baseball.

Aiden Uyeunten (2028, Torrance, CA) launches a solo shot to deep left field, showing rhythm, balance, and easy juice to the pull side. Loose swing with feel for the barrel and power potential.

Edrian Chao (2028, Rancho Palos Verdes, CA)comes through with a two-strike double to right field, throwing the hands at a pitch out over the plate and driving it into the gap. Level path with feel for the barrel and ability to stay on the baseball.

Trevor Newman (2028, Rancho Cucamonga, CA) grabbed two hits on the day, using his 6-foot-4, 210-pound frame and strength in the hands to get to an inside FB and drive it into CF. Fluid swing with a controlled path and present bat strength.

Justin Gomez (2027, Moreno Valley, CA) did damage at the plate, going 2-for-2 with a double and triple. Smooth swing with controlled intent to barrel to the pull side and gap-to-gap strength.

Asher Johnson (2027, San Diego, CA) shoots a 1-0 pitch back up the middle into center field to keep the rally going. Direct path to contact with feel for the barrel and the ability to stay inside the baseball.

David Delgado (2028, Santa Paula, CA) battles through a 13-pitch at-bat before driving a double to deep center field. Quality at-bat showing patience, competitiveness, and the ability to stay on the baseball deep into the count.
