Barrett Mills (2031 C, Dexter, MO) gets the day started with a shot to left-center field for a double. Smooth left-handed swing that has good coverage of the outer half. Has shown his ability to drive the ball with authority. Staying hot with another barrel this time, driving it out to right field to collect a double.

Miles Elchert (2030 SS, O'Fallon, IL) is showing good control of the stick with a two-strike count. He keeps his barrel working flat through the zone and smashed a base hit back up the middle. Stays on another ball while way behind in the count for a single back up the middle. Good bat-to-ball in game. Did it again, got on time with the FB, and drove it to the CF wall for a leadoff double. 

Kyden Orf (2031 SS, Dexter, MO) stayed inside the ball well and laced a ball to the backside for a base knock. Good control of the barrel, staying inside of the ball

Koda Hudson (2030 C, Columbia, IL) continues to show off the ability to use the backside of the field, driving balls there with ease. Has been one of the toughest outs of the weekend, putting the ball in play as often as he can.

Griffin Ruby (2030 C, Ozark, MO) is doing an excellent job driving the baseball around the yard today, whipping the barrel through the zone. Led off the inning with a double to the opposite field, keeping the bat head in the zone long.

Cameron Steeneck (2030 SS, Cave Springs, AR) was impressive on the hill, getting the fastball up to 82 and dominating at the top of the zone. Worked at a really good pace and got hitters off balance. Showed a good breaking ball in the mid-60s with good bite to it. Gave hitters issues working from a 3/4 slot. 

Koda Hudson (2030 C, Columbia, IL) put together a really solid round of BP, spraying the ball all over the yard. Showed off his smooth LH stroke and the quick hands to the point of contact. Good frame with lots left to come.

Cameron Steeneck (2030 SS, Bentonville, AR) showed off his impact to the pull side, hitting some rockets around the diamond. Really twitchy athlete in the box and can keep his hands tight to his body to turn on the inner half to do damage. Has a good feel to pull the ball with some natural lift to it. 

Preston Jungers (2030 SS, St. Louis, MO) had a solid round of BP this morning, taking the ball for some deep drives to the pull side. His swing is compact and doesn't waste any time getting on plane. Can backspin the ball well and drives the ball from gap to gap. More will come with this young profile, but he has a lot of good habits already. 

Joey Rochman (2030 OF, Ofallon, IL) is showing off a clean left-handed stroke today during our BP in the morning. He starts from an athletic base, working into a small stride that fires the hands through the zone. Still a very young frame on the field but can continue to progress with time. 

Nolen Grindstaff (2030 OF, O'Fallon, IL) is showing a good feel to control the barrel today, pulling a few balls with some authority. Had been on the barrel all day during BP. Stays connected well and extended his arms well out front. His upright stance works into a small HLT that gets everything on time

Koda Hudson (2030 C, Columbia, IL) smashed a ball deep to center field for a double off the wall. Fluid left-handed stroke working well with two strikes in the count. Got the foot down on time and launched this one.

Landon Pitsch-Trenary (2030 1B, Helena, MT) laced a ball down the line for a double to get it started in this top half of the inning. Physical 6-2, 185-pound frame that can really whip the barrel through the zone with good intent.

Nolen Grindstaff (2030 OF, O'Fallon, IL) stayed on a heater while battling in the count and laced it back to centerfield for a knock. Has a good feel for the stick, not getting too big in his swing; very composed at bats throughout. 

Cameron Steeneck (2030 SS, Bentonville, AR) is really showing off the bat speed in game, catching up to one for a hard knock to the opposite field. Has shown his willingness to use the entire field and covers the outer half of the plate well. 

Camlin Watkins (2031 C, Mackinaw, IL), young, wiry profile showing off his bat-to-ball skills, smashing a double to keep it going for his squad. Good barrel path through the zone with good feel to use the entire field. 

Breiton Schneider (2031 RHP, O Fallon, IL) delivered on the mound this afternoon, working 2.2 innings while striking out 6 batters along the way. He did a really good job of working the edges and mixing in his off-speed well. Kept batters guessing all afternoon and continued to show poise on the hill. Displayed a lot to like from the young right-hander today.
