Justin Maldonado (2028 OF, Little Ferry, NJ) showed off a loose, leveraged stroke with good feel for creating carry towards the back-side gap. The righty hitter remains relaxed and under control in the box before delivering a strong barrel at the point of contact.
Jack Affenita (2027 C, Bayport, NY) put together an impressive BP round, sending several low line drives back up the middle. The righty hitter showed off a consistent barrel with budding power to all parts of the field.
Luke Watson (2028 3B, Shillington, PA) turned in a loud round of batting practice, launching several baseballs for distance while leaving the yard twice. The righty hitter generates easy bat speed through the zone with well-repeated swing mechanics.
Jake Burlock (2027 OF, Merrick, NY) showed off an intriguing power tool during BP, impacting the baseball with easy strength to the back-side gap when timed up. The righty hitter gets deep into his lower-half and turns quickly to the point of contact.
