Max Beck Berendsen (2021 OF, Marietta, GA) used his strong lower half and simple swing to produce barrel whip as well as a feel for the barrel to spray the ball hard during his round.
Stephen Moraski (2021 RHP, Birmingham, AL) may be listed as a primary pitcher but that didn't stop him from showcasing some of the top barrel skills of the event. Moraski has a longer swing that plays well to barrel the baseball with loud contact.
Eric Fouraker Jr (2022 C, Bryceville, FL) has plenty of bat speed in his swing. Fouraker is a physical presence in the righthanded box and showed plenty of carry to the pull side when squared.
Michael Mullinax (2024 OF, Canton, GA) has bat speed from both sides of the plate while showing a promising round from the left side in this look. The ball comes off his barrel hard already and projects so well with added strength.
Boston Forbes (2023 C, Marietta, GA) showcased his power potential at the plate with a ground-rule double and a bomb in BP. Forbes has quickness to his hands and a present lift to his swing path.
Preston Murphy (2022 C, Miramar Beach, FL) has a spread out stance with a strong build that has the ability to barrel the ball with strength at impact.
Caleb Ellard (2021 OF, Rome, GA) is a physical presence at the plate at 6-3/210 and he muscles the ball to the pull side with serious juice. Ellard had a loud summer at the plate and this round on Saturday was no different including a long bomb.
Brian Hardaway (2022 OF, Atlanta, GA) has present quick-twitch to his game and it shows in the way his hands work to the baseball. Hardaway consistently hit the ball on the barrel and projects very well with more strength added.
Evan Graham (2022 SS, Woodstock, GA) meets the baseball out in front consistently and the ball comes off well. Graham showed feel for the barrel with a lift to his swing path.
Cayden Sheffield (2024 C, Acworth, GA) played pepper with the high wall in left field squaring the ball up hard. Sheffield is one of the younger players at the event and has plenty to like and project on his swing included a lift to his plane and the ability to generate back spin.
Abe Cagle (2021 1B, Alpharetta, GA) took a really good round of BP with strength to his swing and wrists with the ability to get the bat head out and drive the ball from gap to gap.
Darren Willis (2022 MIF, Lizella, GA) has a pretty compact swing with real juice and bat speed. The hands are very fast and has lots to like in the righthanded box.
Taylor Harris (2022 OF, Woodstock, GA) also has a compact swing with simplicity to it. Harris shows some jump to the gaps and really wore out the oppo gap during his round.
Charlie Jones (2022 1B, Cumming, GA) showed some of the top power of the day with a downhill and short stroke. The strength is real in Jones's swing that included a bomb and a pair of wall bangers.
Tyson Roberson (2022 1B, Powder Springs, GA) along with Jones had some of the top power of the day. Roberson, from the left side, has outstanding strength combined with real bat speed that produced very hard and loud contact to the pull side.
