Batting Practice Highlights

 

Andrew Lee (2027, Sugar Hill, Ga.) showed a clean move working through the zone and was able to hit balls hard, working back up the middle. He showed a feel to impact it out in front and produce well-struck line drives. 

 

MacGuire Moore (2028, Piney Point, Md.) showed good length through the zone with feel to throw the barrel head and impact it. He has some bat speed and barrel whip, with feel to show strength out in front. He took a good round of swings with projectable actions.

 

Rhylee Schmidt (2027, Norwalk, Iowa) took a really good round of swings here with good barrel accuracy out in front. He flashed plenty of whip and bat speed, impacting it well, showing feel to drive the ball out in front with good intent to pull the ball. 

 

Cole Coffman (2027, Houston, Tex.) showed off a powerful right-handed swing in the box. He throws the barrel head well and was able to impact it out in front, showing good strength and some feel to lift as well. Coffman took a good round of swings.

 

Gabe Lucca (2027, Staten Island, N.Y.) swung it well from the right side with a functional swing on display. He drove the ball well out in front with good bat speed. Plenty of barrel impact and feel to do damage out in front. Produced some loud contact during his round.

 

Allen Aguila (2030, Hialeah, Fla.) had a clean and projectable move in the box. He had a functional swing in the box, with a clean stroke. He drove the ball well and showed projectable bat-to-ball actions. 

 

Braiden Price (2027, Palmetto, Fla.) has a projectable and strong frame. Good physical right-handed swing with feel to impact that showed during his round of swings. He was able to leverage and impact it well with good strength and loud results overall. 

 

Winkelly Castillo Pena (2027, Miramar, Fla.) showed a compact stroke with good hand speed and bat speed working through it. He had an aggressive stroke, with the ability to throw the barrel head and impact it out in front, producing a good round of swings. 

 

Bradley Baylor (2027, Cutler Bay, Fla.) took a good round of BP swings, flashing feel to leverage the baseball and create length through it. He drives the ball well, showing good strength out in front, and can create good leverage. Took some loud swings during his round.


Samuel Kunz (2026, Atlanta, Ga.) has a ton of hand speed and twitch in the box. He shows good length out in front with bat speed that shows. Switch-hit bat with tons of twitch and feel to produce hard-hit balls during his round of BP swings.
