PG Showcases garner national exposure, social media visibility, and the opportunity to improve your player rankings.
Participation is only guaranteed once entry fee payment is made. Many Perfect Game events are oversold so participation is based on first come - first served with entry fee payment. Below is a list of details with deadlines that must be completed prior to participation. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact your PG Youth Coastal Staff. ENTRY FEE PAYMENT: There are two (2) options to pay the entry fee for Perfect Game events. The first method is online Bank Account Draft which will save your team any service fees. Bank Account Draft must be paid no later than fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled start of the event. Once within this fourteen (14) day window, the Bank Account Draft option is no longer available. The second method is online with a Credit/Debit Card. Due to Perfect Game corporate structure, we are unable to accept cash or checks. The Bank Account Draft entry fee payment deadline is Friday two weeks prior to the start of the event. For this tournament, the Bank Account Draft entry fee payment deadline is Friday, March 8, 2024. The Credit/Debit Card entry fee payment deadline is Friday one week prior to the start of the event. For this tournament, the Credit/Debit Card entry fee payment deadline is Friday, March 15, 2024. SCHEDULE REQUESTS (IF AVAILABLE): Schedule requests (game times) may be available for some events. Schedule requests, if available, must be emailed to mtrebuchon@perfectgame.org prior to the below deadline. Keep in mind, when available, schedule requests are based on first come - first served but ARE NOT guaranteed. The schedule request deadline is the Sunday of the week prior to the start of the event. For this tournament, the schedule request deadline is Sunday, March 17, 2024. SEEDING / SCHEDULES: Seeding and scheduling reports are run the Monday before the start of the event. The PG system will only include teams with paid entry fees in the seeding and scheduling reports. In almost all circumstances, schedules are released Tuesday evening / night before the start of the event. For this tournament, the schedule should be released Tuesday, March 19, 2024. ONLINE ROSTER: All players must be entered on your team roster in the Perfect Game online system. As a courtesy to PG Staff, Diamondkast Scorers, and your opponents, please include correct jersey numbers. Additionally, all players must have an electronically signed Player Waiver prior to stepping onto the field. The online roster deadline is the day prior to the scheduled start of the event. For this tournament, the online roster deadline is Friday, March 22, 2024.

ONLY TWO school grade exemptions per team will be allowed for players who are in the Grade 3 who turn 10 years old before May 1st, 2022.However, those players must be born on/after January 1, 2014 to be eligible.
