POSTED 5:00pm Sat 7/11 - Please be advised that there were minor changes to the 16U schedule for tomorrow. All games are still at D-BAT Kerrville (read thread below for details that necessitated the change). The schedule still starts at 10:00am. We kept teams originally scheduled at 10:00am in the 10:00am slot (because you were already planning to play at 10am all along). There will be a Gold Championship game and Silver Championship game tomorrow at 4:45. Thank you for your patience and flexibility.
POSTED 2:35pm Sat 7/11 - Trinity has been washed out for the weekend. 18u teams scheduled to play at Trinity tomorrow will be moved around and the schedule will be adjusted. Some of the games scheduled for Trinity on Sunday will be played at D-BAT Kerrville so all 16u teams need to check their schedules for Sunday later today. There will be some adjustment. Thank you for your flexibility and patience.

*the original Friday schedule will be played tomorrow with the exception that games will start at 10:00am; and, Pool E games will not be at Cornerstone as they were originally scheduled today. Pool E games have been added into open time slots at D-BAT Kerrville (no Pool E teams will play a 10am game).
POSTED 8:30am - All games tomorrow will start at 10:00am in the revised Sat & Sun schedule.
POSTED 8:15am Fri 7/9
We will not play any games today (Fri) in the Regional Championship. Schedule has been rewritten for a Sat & Sun three game guarantee with two Championship games in each division. New schedule will be posted shortly. Will keep the original Saturday game schedule as much as possible.
All teams playing the 10am games this morning should hold off heading to their respective ball parks at this time. It is possible to push back game times today. However, we have a Sat & Sun schedule already worked out and play a complete tournament.
POSTED THURSDAY 7/8 9:00 pm - In the event that we are not able to start the tournament tomorrow (Fri 7/9) due to inclement weather conditions, the Friday schedule will push to Saturday and we will play as close to "as is" with the exception that all games Saturday will be played at D-BAT Kerrville. On Sunday, all teams will play their third pool game at D-BAT Kerrville. The top seeded team in Pools E, F, and G will advance to one of two Championship games to be played at 2:30 along with one wildcard team (4 teams total). There will be a gold Championship game (wildcard team vs #1 seeded team) and a silver Championship game (#3 seeded team vs #2 seeded team). There will not be any consolation games. Please stay tuned and we will be doing everything we can to stay on track with the schedules "as is"; however, wanted you to have a heads up on Plan B. *Perfect Game and tournament staff reserve the right to amend or adjust the original schedule and the suggested Plan B. Stay tuned here or check @PGBAcentex for real time updates.
POSTED THURSDAY 4:15PM - MEMO SENT TO ALL TEAM REPS
Coaches, good afternoon, hope you have had a great week so far. The staff and I have been watching the weather and weather patterns all week. I have been in close contact with each of the venues where we are hosting games this weekend. All are reporting that conditions are currently good to go.  I am writing to make sure we have a solid plan in place in the event we encounter inclement weather or interruptions. I post updates and memos in real time in two places. Please let your parents know as well so they too are “in the know”. If I am made aware of a weather related issue affecting the schedule, I will immediately post a notice: On the tournament home page at the top in the notes section. On the PGBA Centex Social Media page (Twitter) @PGBAcentex
With only four games a day per field (by design) we have room throughout the day to delay or push back game times (which is fantastic). Baseball will be played this weekend and we are looking forward to a fantastic tournament.

Coaches MUST complete online rosters. Online/digital waivers are emailed to parents/guardians for digital signature. Players do not populate on roster until waivers are signed. PG staff audit and check for compliance. Please be advised.
