Kenneth Schaedel (2022 OF, Virginia Beach, VA) showed some of the best intent of the whole day in his right-handed swing as he drove the ball deep to routinely deep to left field. The athleticism and hand speed in the swing help to produce plenty of power upside moving forward.
Jayden Adcox (2023 C, Forest, MS) has some of the top raw power in batting practice with a high level of bat speed and pure strength in his right-handed swing. The ball jumps off the at of the young catcher with easy power to the pull side as he gets good extension though contact.
Cy Craig (2022 OF, Jackson, MS) found a lot of barrels I his round of batting practice spraying baseballs to all parts of the yard. He displayed great connection in his swing with the whole body moving in sync and producing power to the pull side from the ground up as he drives through his strong lower half.
Ryan Davis (2024 RHP, Trussville, AL) was on time with the barrel all round using the length in his frame to his advantage to leverage baseball to the pull side. The ball jumps off his bat well to left field with back spin as eh matches plane helping to create the carry.
Nate Taylor (2024 SS, Flowery Branch, GA) starts slightly open using a simple load and trigger to get bat to even as he deploys the barrel to the inside part of the ball. His ability to stay inside allows the strength in his hands to drive the ball the other way on a line with plenty of success.
Satchel Wheeler (2024 LHP, Madison, AL) showed some ability to turn and burn from the left side with a barrel path that works slightly uphill though the hitting zone allowing him to leverage baseballs. The barrel head is out front on time consistently in part to his simple trigger mechanism.
Trevor Murphy (2023 3B, Stapleton, AL) starts with a narrow base shift his weight well into contact as he is on time with his leg lift allowing contact to happen out front consistently. The strength in his hands allow him to display power to the pull side as he controls the barrel well in the hitting zone.
Dylan Wesson (2023 OF, Brandon, MS) uses a wider base to start his simple operation with a mostly level bat path that allows the barrel to stay in the hitting zone for a maximum amount of time. This results in hard hit line drives to the middle of the field and pull side.
Dalton Tutor (2024 C, Pontotoc, MS) matches plane with the pitch very well with a level swing path staying to the middle of the field with a easily repeated swing. He gets good extension out staying through the baseball to insure it comes off on a line.
Blake Gollott (2022 LHP, Saucier, MS) showed great intent in his left-handed swing as he played pepper with the right field wall as he hammered balls deep to the pull side. He creates good separation pre-swing and showed strength in the hands as he got to the punch at contact creating back spin on the ball flight.
Chris Billingsley (2023 RHP, Brent, AL) has great length in his limbs that he is able to use in his swing to create extension though the baseball. When he is on time out front with the barrel that length translates to leverage and allows him to lift the ball to the pull side.
Tristin Lynn (2023 OF, Pensacola, FL) used the middle of the field as good as anyone with a slightly open stance to start getting back to even with a simple trigger. He showed some ability to leverage the ball with some looseness in the wrist helping to create whip out front at the point of contact.
