Brett Crossland (2025, Phoenix, Ariz.) showed off an impressive two-pitch mix with the ability to create swings and misses. Hu utilizes a low-effort delivery from a three-quarter arm slot. Has a medium backside arm circle with a whippy finish. The fastball was heavy and sat 85-87 mph topping out at 90 mph with the ability to pound the zone. Was most effective on the upper half of the strike zone. He paired it with a curveball that sat 71 mph, flashed it here and there to keep the hitters off balance. Crossland is athletic, played the outfield and made a diving catch in shallow right field. The swing is a balanced right-handed swing that manages to find barrel often. His ability to get quick outs and generate swings and misses was impressive.

Ryan Hunter (2025, Henderson, Nev.) showed off the power potential with a triple to the deepest part of the field over the center fielder's head. His large, strong frame fits the mold of a slugging catcher’s profile and still has room to add more muscle. He generates great bat speed on a quick compact swing. Showed the ability to hit for power to all fields. Behind the dish he was solid, kept the ball in front and commanded his pitcher well. His ability to hit for extra bases was impressive.
